§ I Why hold your own lighting stock
A dark unit costs more than a store room ever will.
Anyone running commercial space knows the arithmetic of a failed fitting: a retail tenant complains, a void unit shows badly on a viewing, a reception looks tired in exactly the place first impressions are made. The repair itself is minor — the delay is the cost. Facilities teams that hold their own lighting spares inventory close that gap: the part is on the shelf, the contractor fits it the same week, and the tenant experience never registers a problem.
This parcel is built for that model. It is predominantly JCC Lighting — a UK trade brand widely installed across British retail, office and hospitality space — and much of it is discontinued, ex-distribution stock. That matters for estates with existing JCC installations: track connectors, feeders and recessed plates are profile-specific, so when a legacy 1- or 3-circuit JCC run needs extending or repairing, current-catalogue generic parts will not fit. Holding the original components is the difference between a one-hour repair and a proposal to rip out and replace an entire ceiling system.
The track content deserves particular attention from anyone running galleries, showrooms, retail displays or hospitality feature walls. We arrange the freight from Leicester: your freight invoice is emailed within 24 hours of purchase, and delivery to your UK address is booked once it is paid. For an estate buyer this is typically a single palletised delivery to a central store. If you would rather collect from Leicester yourself, tell us after purchase and no freight invoice is sent. Pricing is GBP; the sale is VAT-registered, with UK VAT at the standard rate reclaimable by VAT-registered businesses. Title and risk pass on dispatch. The per-SKU manifest, photographs and source documentation are supplied before any commitment, so a facilities team can check the mix against its installed base first.
