JCC lighting parcel for commercial refurbishment, fit-out and shopfitting contractors — track, downlights and ceiling hardware, Leicester UK

8,585 units of JCC commercial lighting — track and connectors, downlights and spotlights, recessed plates and suspension kits — sold as one GBP 8,500 (ex-VAT) parcel, ex-warehouse Leicester. Infrastructure, fittings and hardware together: the three layers every ceiling package on a refurb programme needs.

UK stock · Leicester. Project stock, not shelf stock: this is the JCC commercial lighting whole-lot bulk package (~8,585 units, GBP 8,500 ex-VAT for the entire parcel). Individual lines are documented for reference only — the parcel is supplied as one lot, trade only, never split by item.

§ I   Why fit-out firms buy whole parcels

The mixed manifest is the point.

A single-SKU pallet suits a reseller; a mixed parcel suits a contractor who delivers whole rooms. Refurbishment and shopfitting work consumes lighting in layers — the track or mounting infrastructure first, then the fittings, then the trim hardware that closes the ceiling. This lot carries all three layers in commercial quantities: roughly 2,154 units of track infrastructure, 5,117 fittings and 1,314 pieces of architectural hardware, across 125 line items. That is why one purchase can feed lighting materials into several concurrent refurb projects instead of one.

Consider what a typical retail or hospitality refurb draws from this manifest. The Pro System mains track (220 units in white) and its 3-circuit feeder plugs (583 units) frame the display lighting. Adjustable downlights and track spotlights — Ultimo, Tosca and Aztek ranges in white, silver and black — populate the runs. Drop-rod suspension kits (336 of the 1219mm kits alone) handle exposed-ceiling sections. Recessed ceiling plates in single, triple and quad formats finish plastered areas. On the next project, the same parcel supplies again. Nothing has to be re-specified, re-quoted or re-ordered at counter prices.

The stock is predominantly JCC Lighting, a UK trade brand contractors already know from decades of commercial installs, with a small number of other trade lines in the mix. Much of it is discontinued ex-distribution stock, which cuts two ways in a refurb business: it prices at clearance economics now, and it doubles as spec-matched spares whenever a client’s existing JCC system needs to be extended rather than replaced — a persuasive line in any refurbishment tender, since keeping serviceable infrastructure in place is cheaper for the client and lighter on waste. Many of the cast fitting bodies are suited to GU10 LED retrofit where applicable, so fit-out designers can pair the housings with current lamp technology.

Finish coverage matters on programme work, and the manifest carries it: white, black, silver, chrome and brushed-nickel variants run through the fittings, with the hardware lines in white, black and silver, so a contractor can hold one stock and still match a bright retail scheme, a dark-ceiling restaurant and a neutral office corridor from the same shelves. Where a scheme needs consistency across a multi-site rollout — the same track head in every store, the same plate in every corridor — the depth on individual lines is what makes that possible from surplus stock rather than special order.

§ IV   Practicalities

Ex-warehouse Leicester, straight into your materials store.

The parcel is held ex-warehouse Leicester, UK — central for contractors working the Midlands, and one motorway leg from most of England. Buyers collect or arrange their own freight; shipping can be arranged as a palletised movement to a contractor’s yard or store. Pricing is GBP; the sale is VAT-registered, with UK VAT at the standard rate reclaimable by VAT-registered firms. Title and risk pass on dispatch. Manifests, photographs and source documentation are supplied before commitment, so estimators can map the stock against the project pipeline first.

Release status: collection timing is subject to final warehouse release formalities currently in progress. Enquiries are welcome now to plan collection; firm dispatch dates are confirmed once release completes.
