§ II   About this stock

Discontinued JCC Enza LV track spotlight — short-stem chrome head, supplied empty.

The JCC JC15104 is a single low-voltage track spotlight head from JCC’s Enza Range, carried on a short stem and finished in chrome. It clips into JCC low-voltage track and directs one tightly-controlled beam — the short-stem version keeping the head close to the track line for a neat, low-profile look where a long drop would be intrusive. The polished chrome finish is the classic display-and-hospitality choice, catching light and reading as a quality fitting on a shopfront, gallery wall or reception. This holding is discontinued, ex-distribution surplus: the Enza head is off JCC’s current list, so the 256 units documented here are a finite closeout run.

The stock is genuine new-old-stock (NOS) — 256 unused units carried over from JCC distribution and photographed against their box labels for the buyer pack. At 256 pieces this is one of the deeper single-SKU holdings in the parcel, enough to fill a serious track-lighting project or seed a reseller’s trade-counter stock. Each head measures roughly 16 × 8 × 8 cm and weighs about 0.2 kg — light and compact for economical shipping and storage. The JC15104 is supplied as an empty fitting — the lamp is not included, which keeps it entirely clear of lamp bans and Ecodesign restrictions: those rules act on lamps, not on the housing, so there is nothing here a UK or export buyer cannot legally resell or install.

The LED retrofit angle is the natural pitch. Because the head ships empty, the buyer or end user simply fits a modern low-voltage LED spotlight lamp, and the fitting goes in as a low-energy, low-heat accent light with none of the running cost of the original halogen. That ‘keep the fitting, choose the lamp’ story positions the JC15104 as an upgrade-in-place rather than a rip-and-replace, which is exactly what facilities and refurbishment buyers want to hear when they are extending or repairing an existing Enza track layout.

For the trade, the value sits in specification matching. Low-voltage track is a JCC-specific format, so a generic spotlight will not seat or connect on an existing Enza run. A wholesaler or maintenance contractor holding the correct discontinued heads — and holding them in real quantity — is supplying a part with no direct current-market equivalent, which turns closeout track fittings into a durable resale line rather than ordinary clearance. The chrome short-stem head is also the most common Enza style, so it addresses the broadest slice of that installed base.

Commercially, the JC15104 is offered as UK surplus / liquidation stock for trade and resale only. It is not sold as a stand-alone line: it forms part of Austral Prime's JCC commercial lighting whole-lot bulk package — roughly 8,585 units across fittings, infrastructure and architectural hardware, supplied as a single lot for GBP 8,500 (ex-VAT) ex-warehouse Leicester. The whole-lot structure lets one buyer take the entire discontinued JCC range at clearance economics and then place the individual lines — Enza heads, track, downlights, ceiling plates — into their own retail, maintenance, refurbishment or export channels at trade margin. UK supply is subject to VAT at the standard rate (reclaimable by VAT-registered buyers); exports removed from the UK may be zero-rated on valid evidence.

The buyers who move stock like this are electrical wholesalers and factors, lighting refurbishers, JCC-system maintenance specialists, display and shopfitting contractors, pallet and job-lot liquidation traders, and export resellers shipping into the EU or Australian markets, where low-voltage track accent lighting remains in wide service. As a deep, single-finish discontinued line the JC15104 competes for well-defined demand — searches such as ‘JCC Enza track spotlight chrome’ or ‘discontinued LV track head short stem’ — where finite supply protects resale margin.

At 256 units this is the deepest track-head holding in the parcel, and that depth changes what a buyer can do with it. A handful of spotlights is a spares purchase; 256 matched chrome heads is enough to specify and light an entire multi-store rollout, a large gallery, or a chain refurbishment from a single line, with stock left over to hold as replacements. Volume of that order is exactly what a lighting contractor or a wholesaler supplying projects wants to secure at clearance economics, because it lets them quote a whole scheme on a landed cost far below current trade pricing and still protect margin. Supplied empty, the heads carry no lamp-compliance baggage and convert to LED at the installer’s discretion. For an exporter, a deep single-SKU, single-finish line also ships and clears customs more simply than a mixed pallet of oddments.

If the JC15104 or the wider JCC fittings group fits your book, the full per-SKU manifest — quantities, locations, dimensions and box-label photography — is available on enquiry. Title and risk pass on dispatch from Leicester; buyers collect or arrange their own freight. Sale is ‘as is’, on documentary (not third-party audited) evidence, with photographs supplied ahead of commitment.
